“The more I spoke to my clients, the more I realized there is an unwanted stress running in them, some entrenched deeper than one could imagine. I used to share thoughts from the scriptures I read during my free time, and could see that it made a lot of difference to and in them, releasing a good amount of stress, just even by pondering over those thoughts. I then decided I should dedicate more time towards taking a better lifestyle to those who inadvertently miss on it, probably just for the lack of guidance”.
Learning from Yoga Vidya Niketan, Sanjay thus began his journey as a yoga teacher
